At R.A.D®, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. All domestic returns are processed through our automated portal to get you back in the game as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original R.A.D® shoebox or apparel bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
